Announcement to Managers

Good morning managers.

This program is geared towards creating small and medium sized businesses and opportunities for;

1. Managers not working or doing anything profitable for themselves and families.
2. Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) within our communities.
3. All other persons or groups in need of assistance. Here, we will respond to this last group on case by case bases.

Finally, I will need responses from each and every manager in this group.

You will either propose a better idea or at least support one. Absolutely, no silence on the part of any manager.
